Second visit for our staycation, totally one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in Medan. The bed was so fluffy and comfy. The room was clean and the toiletries were quite complete. There were quite many choices for breakfast as well, must try the lontong Medan as it was so delicious. Sadly the sauna was under maintenance during our visit, nevertheless the other area was well maintained and neat. Definitely will stay here again

Stayed here for 4 nights on work and it was a pleasant stay. Noise wise is quite low even though it's on the main street. The room was large and looked out onto the swimming pool. Cleaned and well maintained. Mini bar, electric kettle and strong WiFi..the bathroom did not have hand or face towels which would have been better rather than using the large bath towels. Breakfast was a large spread mostly local but did have some options of non-local items. The location is great wit the connection to the mall which had restaurant and a super market. Close to little India and sun mall providing more eating options. The downside was the gym .old or non-functional equipment which either needs to be replaced or repaired. They have an odd timing for the gym - 7am to 7pm which the reception was not wanting to be flexible with. Else, it's ok

Doesn't deserve 5 stars. The lobby was not equipped with seating, so my wife had to stand, while I was in line during the check-in process. After the check-in process, the queue for the elevator is quite long. When we arrived at the room, only worn bath towels were provided, without face towels or small towels. The officer we called apparently couldn't provide face towels but instead gave us another bath towel which was also worn out. The bed sheet was torn in one part. And it looks like it should be replaced. The room is quite spacious, but minimal seating and tables. There are no bathrobes available, and the water in the bathroom when filling the bathtub looks greenish. Breakfast was also very unimpressive. Not even worthy of 4 stars.

This hotel has to be rated one of the best hotels in Medan since I have stayed here twice and it was a excellent stay both times. The rooms are specious, large bathroom with tub with all toiletries. The breakfast spread was great and there was something for everyone's liking. I checked in about 4 hours earlier than the check in time but the staff was generous enough to provide me early check in. One good thing about hotel is that, it is attached to the shopping mall so you have access to several cafés and restaurants as well as some shopping if you want to. The bigger mall Sun Plaza is also within walking distance from the hotel. The only issue I had while booking this hotel was there is no booking cancellation option.
